This is from the back of a Yeo's Rice Vermicelli packet. It looks good, so I will try it.

  1. Soak the rice vermicelli in hot water for 15-20 minutes.
  2. Drain and rinse in cold water.
  3. Heatabout 1 tbsp oil and scramble the beaten eggs, remove and reserve.
  4. Heat the remaining oil, fry the onions until opague.
  5. Add the bean sprouts and rice vermicelli with the curry powder and the sugar.
  6. blend well.
  7. Add the soy sauce, meat, prawns, peas and scrambled eggs.
  8. continue stirring for 2-3 minutes.
  9. add the spring onion and chilles,.
  10. mix gently and serve.

OMG!!! This was soooooo good. My curry past is really spicy, so tears where coming out of my eyes while I was eating. (Tears of joy) Will definitely make again. Thank you wizkid!

I was really disappointed in how this turned out. The noodles were extremely dry tasting and the flavor was very bland. I had to add some chicken flavor stock to it and some garlic and fresh ginger. It perked it up a bit, but not enough. I won't make this one again, sorry.
