Oh my goodness! What an awsome desert. I changed out the snickers for peanut butter cups. I used 15 individual peanut butter cups in place of the 5 snickers bars. This was the hit of our thanksgiving not the turkey! Thanks for posting it.

While a little time consuming to make, have received nothing but great compliments on this cheesecake. It is relatively simple to make, and can easily switch out different candy bars for new flavors. Definitely a favorite, and requested often.

Made this for a supper with friends and family. WOW...everyone loved it. Rich, decadent, and smooth. Highly recommend it. Really needed the overnight to have the taste develop. Take the time and make this wonderful cheesecake.

This is the best cheescake ever! It was absolutly perfect, no cracks at all. I covered the bottom of the spring form pan in foil and then snapped the sides closed so the foil was locked on. I covered the bottom of the pan in foil and set it in a roasting pan with 3 inches of water in it. no leaks and no cracks. it came out of the pan perfect after chilling for about 3 hours. The only issue is there was butter from the crust that leaked out of the bottom of the pan but the crust itself was fine and not too buttery. I should have rated this well eore now. I have made this at least a dozen times in the last year or so. My 17 year old and her friends are in love with it and ask me to make it for birthdays and parties all the time. It is a bit of work but I am glad they enjoy it so much. One of the best cheescake recipes I have ever made. But be ware, it is also the sweetest and richest I have ever made.

This cheesecake is unbelievably delicious! I made it for my FIL for Father's Day, and he LOVED it! My dad had originally requested a different dessert for his Father's Day treat, but after I sent him a picture of this cheesecake, he changed his mind. I'll definitely be making this one again and again. The only change I made was to melt a few caramels with some of the whipping cream to drizzle on top. Thanks for a keeper!

This was, as the name says, absolutely sinful! What a treat and so easy to make. There is enough creamcheese and sourcream to balance the richness of the crust and Snickers bars. I did leave out the sugar in the crust and the chocolate chips in the filling and it still turned out fabulous!

OH MY!!! This was really good, and rich, and yes, sweet is one way of saying it, more like a cavity in a pretty package. I did cut down the sugar by half in both the filling as well as the crust. I also added caramel ice cream topping to it, and decorated the plates that it was served on with both chocolate, and caramel sauces. Really, really good.
