This jello salad was always made my Mama, every Holiday. Takes a bit of time but worth the wait. Even Cranberry haters, love this salad!
- 6 ounces raspberry Jell-O gelatin
- 3⁄4 cup ginger ale
- 1 (15 ounce) can crushed pineapple, un-drained
- 1 (15 ounce) can jellied cranberry sauce
- 1 cup hot water
- 1 cup walnuts, chopped
- Pour hot water over Jello, beat in cranberry sauce. Add Pineapple (do not drain). Add chopped nuts. Put in Refrigerator for 2 hours to setup. Then add gently stir in ginger ale and continue to let jell.
