1 (20 ounce) bag Simply Potatoes® Shredded Hash Browns
2 cups shredded sweet potatoes
1 onion, Minced
1 cup shredded swiss cheese
1 cup chicken broth

directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine 1st 4 ingredients and place in a greased 9x13 baking dish. Pour Chicken Broth over all. Cover with foil and place in oven for 1 1/4 to 1 1/2 hours.
