Who would have ever thought that adding the butter before cooking would result in such delicious potatoes!! These were so good and so easy that we'll be eating these on a regular basis! I covered the pot so water didn't evaporate - and am guessing I should have left them uncovered while they cooked. Guess I'll have to peel a few potatoes tonight to :-) check out that theory. Thanks Deely for a new family favorite!people found this review Helpful. You can only vote others' reviews helpful or not helpful... Was this review helpful to you? Okay, if you haven't tried these potatoes, you definately should! They were simple to make, and we simply could not stop eating them! We will definately have these again and again, it is by far one of the best side dishes we've tried yet! Thanks so much for posting your recipe, it is fantastic :)people found this review Helpful. Loved this! It reminded me of how my granny made potatoes when I was a young kid. Flavor is really good, I did add some chopped green onion and alittle minced garlic. Thanks so much for sharing this side dish for any meal.people found this review Helpful. You can only vote others' reviews helpful or not helpful... Was this review helpful to you?
