Simply Shrimp and Spinach Squares #5FIX

"5-Ingredient Fix Contest Entry. I wanted to create something impressive and gourmet-ish. I was very surprised that the mashed potatoes MADE this recipe, making a very creamy delectable filling. Using puff pastry just topped it all off!! Note: Using parchment paper makes it easy to work on and then to transfer completed squares to a baking sheet. However, a nonstick pan and spatula could be used instead. Also, the pastry sheets need to be defrosted, according to the package directions, in advance."
