- 2 cups Simply Potatoes Diced Potatoes with Onion
- 8 ounces boneless skinless chicken breasts, and cut into 1/2 inch dice
- 8 ounces hot Italian sausage, cut into 1/2 inch slices
- 1 cup red bell pepper, seeded and cut into 1/2 inch dice
- 1 1⁄2 teaspoons sea salt
