    Ingredients:

    Serves: 4

    Yield:

    poppers

    Units: US | Metric

    • 1 (20 ounce) package Simply Potatoes, parmesan peppercorn mashed potatoes
    • 2 eggs
    • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
    • 4 tablespoons butter
    • 1 large garlic clove, chopped

    Directions:

      Place Simply Potatoes mashed potatoes in bowl. Add eggs and bread crumbs and mix together. Heat oil for frying. When oil is heated, take a heaping tablespoon of potatoes, shape into a ball and drop into oil. Fry until golden brown. Continue until all potato balls are made. Drain on paper towels and salt to taste.

      Melt butter in saucepan and add garlic. Cook on low for 5 minutes. Serve as a dipping sauce.
