Official Contest Entry: Simply Potatoes 5Fix. This is an easy dinner with lots of flavor!
- 20 ounces Simply Potatoes Homestyle Slices
- 1 (7 -8 ounce) fresh Polish kielbasa
- butter (for frying)
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 8 ounces canned sauerkraut (drained)

- In pan, boil kielbasa 20 minutes. While kielbasa is boiling, fry onion with butter in a large skillet. Add potatoes to onions and fry until browned and tender. (Add additional butter if necessary) Slice kielbasa into one inch pieces and add to potatoes. Add sauerkraut to mixture and cook until heated through.
