• Serves: 4-6

ingredients

• 1 (20 ounce) bag Simply Potatoes Garlic and Herb Hash Browns
• 1 cup shredded carrot
• 1 cup shredded cabbage
• 1 small minced onion
• 1 cup shredded monterey jack cheese

directions

1. Combine first four ingredients.
2. Follow the directions on the bag for preparing the hash browns.
3. When done, sprinkle the cheese on top and place in a 375 degree oven until cheese melts and begins to brown.
4. Remove from oven and let cool for 5 minutes.
5. Enjoy!
