"Very simple salad"

• Ingredients: 5
• Serves: 6

ingredients

• 1 head lettuce
• 1 cucumber, sliced into thin slices then diced
• 1 red onion, sliced thin then diced
• 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
• 1 cup ranch dressing

directions

1. First slice and dice the head of lettuce
2. Then add all ingredients and serve.

Easy and yummy. I actually made a creamy sriracha dressing with mayonnaise, even though I know the ranch dressing would be great with it.
