This vinaigrette has only 3 ingredients but is extremely tasty. Make sure all ingredients are room temperature so they will blend well. Use a good quality mustard for best result. You can add fresh herbs.
- First, mix the vinegar, salt and mustard.
- Then, add the olive oil gradually, beating with a fork all the while until vinaigrette is smooth and yellow.
Lovely vinaigrette! I added a teaspoon of dried tarragon....delish in that 'je ne sais quoi' Parisian kind of way!
