Ingredients: 1/2 cup low sodium soy sauce; 1/3 cup lime juice; 1/4 cup red wine vinegar; 1 teaspoon garlic powder; 1 1/2 teaspoons dried cilantro (you could use fresh, too- but would probably need more); 1/4 teaspoon cumin

"Delicious and simple. Good on chicken, seafood, or beef. Never tried it with pork, but it would probably be good with that too."

ingredients

¹⁄₂ cup low sodium soy sauce
¹⁄₃ cup lime juice
¹⁄₄ cup red wine vinegar
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 ¹⁄₂ teaspoons dried cilantro (you could use fresh, too- but would probably need more)
¹⁄₄ teaspoon cumin

directions

Mix all ingredients.
Place in refrigerator for 1 hour to let flavors blend.
Marinade meat for 2 to 24 hours.
