Delicious and simple. Good on chicken, seafood, or beef. Never tried it with pork, but it would probably be good with that too.
- 1⁄2 cup low sodium soy sauce
- 1⁄3 cup lime juice
- 1⁄4 cup red wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 1⁄2 teaspoons dried cilantro (you could use fresh, too- but would probably need more)
- 1⁄4 teaspoon cumin
- Mix all ingredients.
- Place in refrigerator for 1 hour to let flavors blend.
- Marinade meat for 2 to 24 hours.
