Simple Whole Wheat Bread

• Yields: 1 loaf

ingredients

• 1 1⁄4 cups mineral water or 1 1/4 cups distilled water
• 2 tablespoons olive oil
• 1⁄4 cup maple syrup or 1/4 cup molasses
• 2 3⁄4 cups whole wheat flour (organic preferred)
• 1⁄4 cup ground flax seeds
• 3 tablespoons wheat gluten
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 2 1⁄4 teaspoons active dry yeast

directions

1. I put the liquid ingredients into the bread machine first then the dry, adding the yeast last.
2. Choose the whole wheat setting on your bread machine and enjoy.
