This is not a traditional recipe, but my preference. You can use radish leaf or young mustard cress instead of watercress. I find it very satisfying as a breakfast, lunch or dinner.

  1. Spread cheese or avocado on both slices of bread. Layer one slice with tomato, season with salt and pepper. Top with watercress. Close with the other slice. Cut and Serve!
