even people who aren't big fans of waldorf salad, love this recipe -
- 6 apples, cored and diced
- 2 oranges, peeled, sliced and cut into pieces
- 2 bananas, peeled and sliced
- 1 cup seeded grapes, halved
- 1 cup whipped cream
- 1⁄2 cup walnut pieces
- 10 maraschino cherries, halved
- Combine fruits.
- Mix with whipped cream, nuts and cherries.
- Chill in refrigerator for several hours.
- This is great for a special breakfast or brunch, too.
- I add more nuts, to taste.
