A nice, easy recipe for salad dressing. The prep time includes time for the flavors to blend.
- 1⁄2 teaspoon oregano
- 1⁄2 teaspoon rosemary
- 1⁄2 teaspoon sugar
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄4 teaspoon mustard
- 1⁄4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 cup olive oil
- 1⁄2 cup white wine vinegar
- 2 teaspoons water
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- Combine all ingredients in a blender.
- Store in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving to allow the flavors to blend.
This was the BEST vinaigrette I have ever made. I HIGHLY recommend this to low fat dressing searchers all around! Much better than standard ranch! FLAVOR PACKED
I do like a simple vinaigrette and this filled the bill. Very tasty over my green salad. I did add a bit extra mustard and garlic. Well worth making. Thanks ChrisMc
