These cakes tasted more like a muffin and they fell down in the middle. I don't plan on making these "cupcakes" anymore. Unless they are made for blueberry muffins
These were very dense and tasted more like a pancake or muffin than a cupcake but I found if you top it with a little bit of maple syrup and berries it makes a good pancake/muffin
The recipe was alright, I was just kind of disappointed with the amount, instead of twenty I only was able to make 15 and had to double the recipe to get thirty. But they were still delicious and would definitely recommend!
I made these for the first time and I dont really love it... It tasted bland and was too heavy and dense, they reminded me of pancake batter. The cupcakes were tough and none too delicious
OMG I UST MADE THIS FOR MY FAMILY AND IT WAS A HIT !!!!!!!!!! instead of regular stuff every thing was organic and not regular milk but flax milk. Also I had to ADD like 4tbs of organic cane sugar. i complemented i with chocolate and nutella frosting mixed together. For a topping i shredded chocolate [semisweet] and put it on top

I made this, and followed the instructions. It's not a good recipe, no flavor, and I added vanilla!
Tasted more like corn bread, like a heavy dough. Not fluffy and airy. Also not very sweet.
Our daughter (@ 3y/o) is showing signs of becoming a budding chief ??. So today, I knew I wouldn't get my list checked off unless I made the cupcakes she was begging to make. This recipe was GREAT! It works with ingredients you have in the cabinet! I followed the suggestion of decreasing the time by 2-3 mins and added a full cup of sugar and I added a full 12oz can of milk. The kids love them!!!
This is a easy and simple recipe. I love it! I even tried to use the recipe to bake a cake and it worked! I would definetly recommend this to all bakers or pros. I'm totally going to use this over and over again. :)
