I made this as written but it was a bit dry for our taste. I added a good bit more of mayo. I used 2 teaspoons of dill relish. We enjoyed it on bread for lunch.

This is so easy! I love to make this with a bit of minced onion as well. Love to have it for lunch w/ crackers, or tortilla chips. Dh has this for lunch every day of the week just about. Thanks for sharing!

My daughters make their own tuna sandwiches almost this exact same way, only substituting Jane's Crazy Salt for the relish to get their own particular 'zing.' Great on bread, toast, or crackers. :)

Me too, except I add a couple tablespoons minced onion for additional kick.
Wonderful lunch, in salad or on toast!
