Great for a hot summer's day - simple and tasty.
- 250 g small spiral shaped pasta
- 1 (425 g) can tuna (drained)
- 1⁄2 white onion, chopped finely
- 1 cup corn kernel
- 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
- salt and pepper
- Cook pasta to packet instructions drain and rinse in cold water.
- Combine all ingredients into a large mixing bowl and stir until covered with mayonnaise.
- Use more or less mayo to suit individual taste.
- Serve at room temperature or chilled in fridge.
