Very delicious light soup
- 4 cups chicken broth (I use low sodium)
- 1 cup tomato juice
- 2 garlic cloves, smashed (but still whole)
- 3 teaspoons sugar
- 1⁄3 cup dry white wine
- Combine all ingredients except wine in a saucepan.
- Bring to boil over medium heat and simmer 5 minutes.
- Remove garlic, add wine, and serve.
This was really nice. I also use low sodium chicken broth that Knorr provides. I thought the whit wine added a nice touch to it.
