  1. Peel and dice potatoes.
  2. Boil until just soft.
  3. add WARMED buttermilk, orange juice and zest, salt and nutmeg.
  4. Mash to desired consistency, mixing all ingredients thoroughly.
  5. Serve with a dollop of butter, if desired.
