From Kraft What's Cooking. Untried. Use homemade meatballs if prefered.

Ingredients Nutrition

  • 34 lb frozen meatballs
  • 3 cups sweet bell peppers, cut into strips, use green, red and yellow
  • 14 cup apricot jam
  • 14 cup Catalina dressing
  • 2 tablespoons light soy sauce

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients in large skillet.
  2. Cook on medium high heat 10 minutes or until heated through, stirring occasionally.
  3. Serve over hot cooked rice or pasta, if desired.
