  1. I normally don't give 1 stars... We couldn't even eat this because it was so sweet. Sorry.

  2. Simply good! Makes a great chicken meal to come home to - I used hot salsa and spicy brown mustard to give this dish a little heat. Served with white rice - DH and DS thoroughly enjoyed too.

  3. Sooo good! Tons of flavor and great leftover. Serve over rice to catch the sauce!

  4. This is wonderful. The sauce is so delicious! We loved the sweetness of it. I took TeresaS's advice and served this over brown rice. A definite keeper! Thanks for sharing.

  5. Very tasty and easy recipe! I cut it in half and it worked great. My green pepper was cut in half rings. I used a hot picante sauce for the extra spice. There really is not a need to add any other ingredients. I only wish I would have served this over a bed of rice to soak up all the delicious juices. Make sure you do that. Thanks for posting. Made for PAC Fall 2008.
