Simple Sliced Salami Snacks

This easy to do , addictive snack couldn't be simpler! These are great with some good cheese,a great bread and a glass of wine. Originally from a January/February issue of "Tastes of Italia" magazine.Try to use a really good Italian salami with this recipe. It uses 1/2 pound of sliced salami, but since the data base wouldn't let me post a recipe with one ingredient, I broke it into 2 portions! :)

Ingredients Nutrition

  • 14 lb sliced salami
  • 14 lb sliced salami


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Arrange a layer of slices on broiling pan.
  3. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes.
  4. Remove, let cool, then place on paper towels to dry.
  5. When dry, store or eat immediately.
