      I love shrimp burritos but rarely find them at restaurants without being filled up with rice, so I wanted to make my own. I, however, purchased corn tortillas, not flour burrito shells. I made this with the addition of onion and had one tomato to use, so I added it to the mix before I threw in the shrimp. All of my shrimp taco/burrito dreams have come true - excellent! I cooked the onion a bit before, then the tomato, threw in the shrimp (I had the really small ones), then the fresh salsa. I cooked the corn tortillas separately then added the mixture and about 1 teaspoon of mayonnaise-milk-lime juice-cilantro mix (learned of this at local Mexican restaurants) as a dressing. But I could have added lettuce, cheese, or cabbage - all would be great! thanks for posting this super-easy and terrific recipe, Alskann! Great!

      I loved this dish. I have to admit I made a few changes. I used regular taco shells, and I did use the salsa verde as the poster mentioned since I love green chiles. Actually I used 505 brand green enchilada sauce since I had it on hand. The flavor of the shrimp is excellent and the tacos delicious! A very nice different take on tacos! Make for Aussie #17.

      Loved this recipe! I'm not that talented in the kitchen, and my boyfriend was super impressed. Easy and tasty!
