Day 1 Quick & Easy (I liked this, but frankly, the kids did not) Check the whole30 website for the mayo recipe. It worked great!
- 1 1⁄2 cups baby shrimp (the small ones, frozen, but a little defrosted)
- 1 tablespoon mayonnaise (whole30-approved)
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- Mix all ingredients into a sealable lunch container.
- Eat 3 hours later.
