Simple asian meal that I remember my mother making when I was little for breakfast. If you want to spice it up add hot chili sauce to it. It adds a lot of more flavor. If your watching calories or on a diet, you can use tofu shirataki noodles.
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon vinegar
- 3 cups shirataki noodles (or any noodles, recommended ( ramen noodles)
- Prepare the sauce in a bowl with all of the ingredients.
- Then add the noodles (cooked).
- If desired you can add vegetables or hot chili sauce.
Was hoping for a lot more flavor will try adding sesame seeds, veggies and chili sauce next time.
