These were real good for a basic recipe. I found them a little bland and I added more pepper to them after cooking. It greatly enhanced the flavor. The next time I make them, I will add some garlic when cooking or some garlic powder in with the flour.
I love frog legs. Couldn't hardly believe it, DD is pretty picky, but she loved them too. Great recipe.
Excellent frog legs. I used fat free buttermilk and added 1 Tablespoon of Old Bay to the flour. They were so easy to prepare and better than any other recipe. This one goes in the permanent keeper file. Thanks for sharing.
Totally, awesome! My son purchased a bunch of flash frozen frogs legs for my DH birthday, and I set about preparing them, simply, but with a burst of flavor! And this had that! I used a buttermilk/tabasco hot sauce to marinate, then set about sauteing them in delicious-ness. So easy to fix, and so forth while. My DH loved every single bite. I had these, prepared by the chef himself. It was the first time I have ever had frog legs. I seriously doubt it will be my last. They were excellent. The meat was succulent flavorful. The taste was different, but that's not unexpected. I look forward to having them again. Thank you.
