Easy, but tastes great ! Served with mashed potatoes, the gravy is sooo good.

I have never made saurbraten without gingersnaps! What a surprise. Great Recipe! Easy, delicious and I made in a pressure cooker. I added an extra bay leaf. We can eat it all, my hubby can eat the sauce over the noodles. I will make again and serve over lumpy mashed potatoes. Thanks Northern Neighbor for posting!
