mmm yummy! very easy, very tasty! My husband, who HATES carrots, went back for seconds! I did a double take when he came back to the table with more carrots! I used sea salt which was delicious!

very tasty nice switch up from steamed. Next time I may put a touch of balsamic vinegar on them when they are done for a little added sweetness.

I used large carrots and cut them lengthwise. It took a little longer than 20 minutes, but I just kept an eye on them. They looked great with the meal and tasted yummy.
I used large carrots cut as that is what I had on hand, but these were so good. I think I had to cook a bit longer than 20 mins, but it may have been because I was using large carrots. Went great with steak sandwiches, something different and will definitely make these again.
