Crunchy and yummy!! This is so simple but so good, I'm almost ashamed to post it!!
- 1 slice many grain bread, toasted
- 1 1⁄2 tablespoons peanut butter, we like chunky
- 1⁄2 apple, quartered and sliced (or 1 small apple)
- Spread peanut butter on toast and top with apple slices, add a sprinkle of salt.
I've been making this kind of toast for a while now. I was happy to find that someone had posted it here at Zaar. I can't recommend this quick, easy and healthy breakfast/snack enough. The combination of apple and peanut butter are divine, but putting it on toast makes it even better! Yum!!
