This recipe is so simple it can hardly be called a recipe. But it's so good! Great on bread or crackers. On pita, this is my favorite sandwich.
- 1 1⁄2 tablespoons creamy peanut butter
- 1 1⁄2 tablespoons tofu (I use firm)
- 1⁄2-3⁄4 tablespoon honey (for those who don't eat honey, I'm sure this recipe could be modified with molasses or some type of)
- Mash together tofu and peanut butter until mixture is as uniform as possible.
- Mix in honey.
- Spread and enjoy.
