This recipe is so simple it can hardly be called a recipe. But it's so good! Great on bread or crackers. On pita, this is my favorite sandwich.

Ingredients Nutrition

  • 1 12 tablespoons creamy peanut butter
  • 1 12 tablespoons tofu (I use firm)
  • 12-34 tablespoon honey (for those who don't eat honey, I'm sure this recipe could be modified with molasses or some type of)


  1. Mash together tofu and peanut butter until mixture is as uniform as possible.
  2. Mix in honey.
  3. Spread and enjoy.
