Super easy-delicious! I bulked up the salad by adding some baby spinach and romaine. Subbed cilantro for parsley because the salad was served with this: Palestinian Kofta. Thank you! Made for Come with us to Palestine!

Really lovely salad. It's basic but that's just what I like best when having a side salad, A bit of olive oil and lemon juice is my preferred dressing and I even ask for it in restaurants so I knew that this was a winner when I first read it. Made for Come with us to Palestine in the North Africa/Middle East Forum.
