- Combine all ingredients in a bowl.
- Cook covered on high in microwave for 2 minutes.
This is yummy. I made it on the stove, so I used more liquid. I tried batches of both regular and chocolate almond milks. I think I like the chocolate better, the almond taste gets a little lost with the regular. I also tried topping them with sliced almonds, which was a great pairing. ETA: I made this again, using the microwave and it was very very thick. I would either halve the microwave time next time, or just prepare it on the stove.
