It doesn't get any easier than these. Kids love these!
- 473.18 ml granulated sugar
- 118.29 ml margarine
- 118.29 ml milk
- 59.14 ml cocoa
- 709.77 ml quick-cooking oats (instant oats)
- 177.44 ml peanut butter
- 4.92 ml vanilla
- Mix first four ingredients in sauce pan.
- Boil one minute.
- Remove from heat.
- Stir in oats.
- Add remaining ingredients.
- Drop onto wax paper and let cool.
This was so easy to make and the kids raved over them for days!! It makes alot of cookies but never enough!! Thanks for posting!!
These are great...remind me of very yummy fudge. However...not sure if I was making my cookies too big or what...but I definitely did not get 60 cookies. This made about 25 normal size cookies...and they were EXCELLENT!!
Yummy! I substituted splenda for the sugar and used reduced fat peanut butter, skim milk, and reduced fat butter. Thanks for a great recipe- this will certainly satisfy my sweet tooth!
