This is a simple soup, a nice clear broth soup with almost negligible calories if made without noodles, and if they are added, a filling meal of its own. Mom used to make it, but I've modified it a bit over the years

Directions

  1. bring liquids to a boil.
  2. add vegetables, simmer for 1/2 to 1 hour.
  3. add noodles.
  4. cook 10-15 minutes (per noodle directions).
  5. Serve.
