Uses all pre-made ingredients for a quick and easy dessert, by Sandra Lee. She used individual pudding cups. Use as much or as little of the fruit pie filling as you like.
- 6 crepes, pre-made
- 9 ounces prepared vanilla pudding
- 1 (20 ounce) can cherry pie filling (or any fruit pie filling)
- Take a crepe and spread thinly with pudding from cup.
- Fold in half, then in half again.
- Top with a spoonful of pie filling.
- Repeat with remaining crepes.
