I made this back in May for Mothers Day. I wanted to make a taco cake, but needed something flexible. This cake worked perfectly. I cooked it in two 9-inch round pans, but they turnedout a little thick. I used one for the taco and the other crumbled for the filling. I made a regular cake for the base. Thanks for the recipe! P.S. It tasted good too :)

quik, easy, perfect and light. filled with strawberry jelly. will serve with whipped cream or 1 scoop of icecream, still deciding...
