Easiest salsa I've ever made. It is so nice to have a break from chopping vegetables! I liked this recipe. It reminds me of the salsa that Mexican restaurants serve with chips as an appetizer. Added some fresh cilantro for a little zing!

I had some fresh tomatoes to use up so used them. This was so easy and so delicious! I used yellow and red tomatoes. Thanks! I served with chili poblanos and sour cream.
