Simple Ice Cream Peanut Butter Pie

"I found this recipe on the back of a peanut butter jar. It can be used with any ice cream type. I prefer maple ice cream. Chocolate is also very good."

• Yields: 1 pie
• Serves: 8

ingredients

• 1 liter ice cream
• 1 cup peanut butter
• 1 9-inch graham cracker crust

directions

1. Mix peanut butter and ice cream in a big bowl until smooth and all one colour (Electric mixer on low is best).
2. Pour mixture into crust.
3. Place in freezer and let cool until hard.
