I found this recipe on the back of a peanut butter jar. It can be used with any ice cream type. I prefer maple ice cream. Chocolate is also very good.
- Mix peanut butter and ice cream in a big bowl until smooth and all one colour (Electric mixer on low is best).
- Pour mixture into crust.
- Place in freezer and let cool until hard.
