directions

  • Brew coffee using 1 cup water and 1/4 cup coffee grounds.
  • pour 1/4 cup of brewed coffee in a mug.
  • add 1/2 cup ice cream or milk (ice cream makes it sweeter, for you sweet-tooths like me).
  • add the chocolate syrup, and stir until everything is blended. it may be necessary to put the mixture in a blender, or heat in the microwave to melt the ice cream.
  • enjoy!

Reviews

  1. Very good mocha drink. I used the milk instead of vanilla ice cream and after tasting, added a spoonful of sugar to sweeten it up. I was a little confused at the 3/4 cup strong coffee in the ingredients, but only 1/4 cup in the instructions. I went ahead and used the 3/4 cup. I think this would also be very good as a cold drink in the summertime over ice. I plan to make this again using the ice cream variation.
