A friend of mine served this with Prime Rib for a holiday party, and I stole her recipe! It is so, so simple and simply fantastic. I served it with my Christmas Dinner prime rib, and also on Christmas Eve with Sauerkraut Balls.
- Blend ingredients, adding more or less horseradish and salt to taste.
This is a good sauce and went together quickly. It is also very mild and if I make it again I would double the amount of horseradish.
