This variation with Blue Cheese and Garlic makes a great dip.
- 1⁄2 cup mayonnaise
- 1⁄2 cup buttermilk
- 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
- 1⁄2 teaspoon garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon parsley, chopped
- 1 tablespoon blue cheese
- Whisk together all ingredients.
- Use immediately or refrigerate (covered) until needed.
