This is so delicous and easy. You will find many ways to use it. Also very little clean-up! :-)
- 1⁄2 cup light mayonnaise
- 1⁄2 cup plain nonfat yogurt
- 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1⁄8 teaspoon salt
- Combine all ingredients in a small sauce pan.
- Place over low heat and stirring constantly until heated through. Do not boil!
- This is wonderful over vegetables or served over seafood patties/burgers.
- This will serve 8 at 2T each.
