This is like a turkey sammy I make only I use either provolone or colby jack cheese (depending on what I have on hand) and I add a few veggies - I like a little lettuce, tomato, a red onion slice, and some spinach leaves....man, it hits the spot... great anytime sandwich but especially good with leftover roast turkey from thanksgiving. Yummy! :)
