This recipe was so easy, but made a wonderful addition to simple grilled lamb chops. They were tender and flavorful. I think that I will make this recipe again, but will use red wine instead of red wine vinegar to smooth out the flavor.

Never made lamb chops before (or any type of lamb). This was easy and delicious. My husband and I will definitely make this recipe again.

My lamb loin chops were small so 8 did 3 of us just right and they marinated for 4 hours and were cooked on the indoor grill to perfection with the DM's and the DS's nearly well done and mine with just a nice bit of pink in them. Served with Paprika Potatoes and Cumin and Honey Carrots and some steamed green beans on the side. thank you Lennie, made for All You Can Cook Buffet

these were very simple and good. it;s too cold to grill here right now so I seared them stovetop then put in a 450 oven for 8-12 minutes.

Loved these! I had 6 loin chops about 1 inch thick. I marinated them all day and threw them on the BBQ for about 5 minutes a side. So glad to be cooking outside again! Thanks for another great recipe Lennie.
