5-Ingredient Fix Contest Entry. I like this recipe because it is delicious and easy!
- 6 cups chicken broth
- 4 diced chicken breasts
- 3 tablespoons mild green chili powder
- 6 tablespoons diced hatch fire roasted green chilies
- 1 (20 ounce) bag Simply Potatoes Diced Potatoes with Onion
- Trim all of the fat off of the chicken breast; dice the chicken; put all of the ingrediants in a crock-pot and cook on high for 5 hours or on low for 10 hours. Or, cook on the stove top in a 4-5 quart pot on a medium heat for 2 hours.
