1. Actually very good. The recipe (as written) wasn't very specific, so this is how I made mine using the exact same ingredients as listed.
I used thawed, boneless, skinless chicken breasts (because I've found that if you start any meat in the oven that is 'frozen', the outside will be burnt and dry before the inside is done). I used fresh grated parmesan cheese (since I had a chunk in the fridge and I don't like the "dry shaker can" or "pre-shredded, processed bagged" kind). I also used "Lawry's" seasoning salt (which I think is the same thing).
I lined a sheet pan with aluminum foil and put a wire rack on top and laid the chicken breasts. I placed the pan on the center oven rack for 12 mins, then flipped the chicken over for another 12 mins. I removed the pan, flipped breasts once again, and spread the butter, cheese, garlic, onion mixture on top and placed the pan onto the top rack of the oven (approx 6" from broiler) for an additional 5 mins.
This was a nice dinner and easy to prepare. (I would suggest mixing the 'softened, room temperature' butter, parm, garlic, and dehydrated onions 'before' beginning to bake the chicken so that the onions can soften a bit). Next time I may add a dash of black pepper and a dash lemon juice to the spread. Over all, it was tasty.
Made for "Zaar Chef Alphabet Soup - Spring 2013" tag game.

 2. We loved this! I used Shredded Parm cheese cause that is what I had on hand and my hubby ate it up and wanted more!
